Common questions
Where can I pick up my prints?
Pickup is free in Wyong (Central Coast) or Cessnock (Hunter Valley). We'll email you when your parts are ready and arrange a time. Or we post anywhere in Australia: $12 standard or $20 express.
How fast is it?
We check every file within one business day. Most orders print in 2 to 4 business days after that. Tell us if you have a deadline when you order and we'll say upfront whether we can meet it.
How much does 3D printing cost?
Upload your file for an instant price. It's worked out from the material weight plus a small handling fee per part. The minimum order is $25, there are quantity discounts from 10 units, and no GST is added.
Do I pay before you print?
Your card is only held, not charged, while we check the file. If it's good to print, we take payment and start. If we can't print it well, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
I don't have a 3D model. Can you design it?
Yes. We do CAD, replacement parts, enclosures and prototypes. Send a photo, sketch or measurements through the contact form and we'll reply with a fixed quote.
What can't you print?
Parts larger than about 250 mm on any side (we can often split them), food-contact or medical parts, and anything unsafe or infringing.
