How does support work?
Your team emails or messages us and we reply within one business day and fix most things remotely. Everything is in writing, so there's a record of what was done and why.
What does it cost?
Managed IT Essentials is $49 per user per month (minimum 5 users) and covers the helpdesk, device management, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace admin, and onboarding and offboarding. Complete is $89 per user per month and adds patching, backup monitoring and a quarterly review. No lock-in contracts and no GST added.
What is MDM and do we need it?
Mobile device management lets you set up, secure and wipe company laptops and phones remotely. If staff use laptops or phones for work, it saves hours on every new starter and protects you when a device is lost.
Which tools do you support?
Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Kandji and Google endpoint management, with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android.
Do you come on site?
We're remote-first, which keeps prices down. On-site help around the Central Coast and Hunter can be arranged for setups and rollouts.
Can you set it up once instead of a monthly plan?
Yes. We do one-off MDM rollouts and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace clean-ups at a fixed price. Tell us your team size and devices and we'll quote it.
